Lufthansa LGSP Solidarity Christmas Market 2025

As part of its commitment to social responsibility, in 2025 Lufthansa LGSP organized the Solidarity Christmas Market, an initiative that brought together employees, partners, and companies from the Burgo Building in an atmosphere of sharing, unity, and Christmas spirit.

The event aimed to support Help Alliance, the Lufthansa Group’s social responsibility organization, which develops projects focused on education and the development of vulnerable communities in different regions of the world. In Portugal, Help Alliance supports Bagos d’Ouro, which works with children and young people from the Douro region at risk of social exclusion, and Meeru, which promotes the integration and well-being of migrant families.

The Market featured the participation of several companies from the building, which contributed by donating goods and products later made available for sale. All event organization and logistics were handled by Lufthansa LGSP volunteer employees, enabling simple and fully charitable participation from the companies involved. The total amount raised from product sales was directed to charitable institutions, including projects supported by Help Alliance and organizations chosen by the participating companies themselves, further expanding the initiative’s social impact.

More than just a market, this initiative became a moment of connection and togetherness, strengthening ties among the various companies in the Burgo Building and promoting values such as solidarity, cooperation, and community commitment.
